Most Motivated provides customized individualized workouts for all its clients. My focus is to help the all my clients achieve the feeling of confidence that comes with health and fitness.

I was an obese child from age 10 until i was 17 years old. I was made fun of and mocked because of my weight, which stemmed from my eating habits. I was a very active child. However lack of education and motivation put me in a tough place.

I was fortunate enough to meet a very high profile fitness guru, who coached me and educated me about health, fitness and nutrition, and it has changed my life. It has also allowed me to help others change their lives.

Fitness, nutrition, and meditation saved my life and gave me unlimited happiness. I am eager to see this same success for everyone, which is why I started Most Motivated.

Services

Most Motivated provides customized individualized workouts for all its clients. Workouts include resistance, core and cardio training. Each workout also includes movement preparation to ensure proper bio-mechanics to enhance full body movement and functionality.

One-on-One Training

Personal attention in a private setting! You will work one­-on-­one with a Fitness Together trainer in a private studio.

Partner / Group Training

Everything that one on one training includes, but with a group of individuals at a fraction of the cost.

Marathon / Triathlon Training

It is a gently progressive program involving four days of running each week, peaking at a 20 mile long run 3 weeks prior to the marathon, and a taper period to gather energy before the race.

Prenatal / Postnatal Training

Educate participants on the anatomy and function of the Pelvic Core Neuromuscular System (PCNS) to ensure a strong and healthy pregnancy before and after the delivery.

Post-Surgical Training

Post-surgical rehabilitation programs are focused on individualized treatment interventions with the goal of therapy of returning the patient to optimal strength, function and mobility.

Weight Loss Training

A customized nutrition and fitness plan catered to the specific needs of the individual and their goals. We choose the quickest path possible to ensure fast results.

Locations

We currently have two locations in Lincoln Park and Edgewater. Trainers are available by appointment only, and can also make arrangements to provide on-site training at the location of your choice.
